Applied Power Systems Cross Reference for Powerex Semiconductor Assemblies

Applied Power Systems has designed and manufactured High Power Semiconductor Assemblies for many years. APS and Powerex (one of the largest US power semiconductor manufacturers) formed a strategic partnership in 1996, with APS designing and building all power semiconductor assemblies marketed under the Powerex brand.  

While this partnership dissolved after lasting sixteen years, APS continues to manufacture and market the APS brand of Power Semiconductor Assemblies and Power Stacks, including SCR, Diode, and Diode/SCR assemblies. Many of the APS Power Assemblies provide direct cross reference to older and obsolete Powerex brand assemblies.

Below is a cross reference listing of standard Air Cooled Power Assemblies, followed by standard Liquid Cooled Power Assemblies .  

All APS Power Assemblies are available in Full Control SCR, Half Control Diode/SCR, and Uncontrolled Diode configurations.
